Entergy and wasting an entire day

Today, like many days since the storm, I waited for a promise that wasn't fulfilled. I was told by Entergy on Friday that they would show up today (Monday), to turn on the power to my home that has been out since Katrina almost a year ago. I waited around my house all day and 3 times during the day I called Entergy (each time they said that they were in the neighborhood and would be there soon). My home has been rewired and the circuit breakers have been replaced. I have 4 days to get my house together before my kids return from summer camp. It doesn't look like it will happen.
