Basin Street Records 10th Anniversary CD Release Party

Basin Street Records will celebrate our 10th anniversary and the release of 4 new CDs at Le Chat Noir in New Orleans on Saturday, May 3rd, 2008. Shows are at 8pm and 10:30pm.

Performing at Le Chat Noir will be Henry Butler and Irvin Mayfield. Each will perform at both shows.

We are releasing 4 new CDs in April and May. They are:
Irvin Mayfield and Ellis Marsalis: Love Songs, Ballads and Standards (available 4/1)
Henry Butler: PiaNOLA Live (available 4/29, by 4/25 in New Orleans)
Dr. Michael White: Blue Crescent (available 6/10, by 4/25 in New Orleans)
Theresa Andersson: I the River (available 6/10, by 4/25 in New Orleans)

Advance tickets are general admission and are $25. There is a 2 drink minimum.

Ten percent of the gross proceeds will benefit Desire NOLA.

Le Chat Noir is located at 715 St. Charles Avenue, New Orleans, LA.
$2 parking is available in the Central Parking lot next door if you pay in the venue and remember your stall number.
