New Orleans' Mayor Ray Nagin Proposes "A New Day"

Today, New Orleans' Mayor Ray Nagin proposed a new day.  It would fall between Tuesday and Wednesday and allow people to get more work done during the week.  A name for the new day has not yet been determined.
